This hotel in Livigno offers exceptional value for money. The rooms have individual styles, making each stay unique and memorable. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Carosello lift and the bustling shopping street. The staff is friendly and efficient, always ready to help and provide recommendations. The breakfast is delicious, with a good variety of options to start your day.
The only minor issue was the water temperature in the shower, which could fluctuate unexpectedly. However, overall, our stay at this hotel was excellent.

The hotel was conveniently located just a few minutes away from the ski lift, which made it easy for us to hit the slopes every morning. the room was spacious and had a lovely balcony that overlooked the gorgeous mountain scenery. the staff was friendly and welcoming - we felt right at home! We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which offered a good selection of dishes to choose from.
the heating in our room was set to an uncomfortably high temperature and we couldn't adjust it.

We loved the hotel's location right by the ski lift and shopping street. The rooms were clean and had great views from the big windows. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. this hotel offered great facilities and transportation options.

Despite being located in the heart of town, the hotel has spacious rooms and comfortable beds. the friendly staff and delicious breakfast add to the overall experience.
There was no accessible option for disabled people staying in the annex building, making it hard to move around comfortably.

Great location just a short walk away from the lifts and shopping area. The heated ski storage area was very convenient and our room had a beautiful view of the mountains.
The uncontrolled room temperature that made it very uncomfortable to sleep at night. Breakfast was also disappointing, with few options and a lack of attention from staff.

I had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel. the location is fantastic, with a supermarket and the ski lift just a few steps away. It made everything so convenient. Secondly, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to offer assistance and recommendations. Thirdly, I was impressed with the delicious breakfast and the attentive service from the breakfast staff. They even remembered my preferred hot drinks. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nice view from the large windows. The shower had great water pressure and temperature control.
Everything was just fine.
